The Butler soccer team was able to shut out Indy in a 4-0 victory at home on Friday for their sixth conference win of the season.
Butler quickly scored two goals in the first five minutes of the contest with goals by Madison Wedekind and Yvette Aguilar. Darci Nightingale added a late first half goal of her own to make it 3-0 going into the half. In the second half, Morgan Foster added one more goal for the Grizzlies making it a final score of 4-0.
Butler soccer stays undefeated in conference play with a record of 6-0 and an overall record of 14-2. Butler will next host Dodge City on Sunday, Oct. 21 at 12 p.m. in another conference match.
