Freshman at Butler: appeared in 25 games with 2 goals and 4 assists..including the game winning goal against Laramie County in the regular season…named KJCCC Academic All-Conference, KJCCC All-Conference Second Team and NJCAA All-Region Second Team.
Before Butler: four-year letter winner and four time regional champion for the Garden City Buffalos…named first team all WAC, all state and all area…graduated with high honors.
Coach Hunter: “Mari made a distinct impact in our central mid-field this year as a distributer. Her ability to play a variety of balls and quickly solve tight space makes her deceptive in our attack. We will look to Mari to dictate more of our attacking presence this season and contribute larger numbers on the score board.”
