Rioux Named KJCCC Football Special Teams Player of the Week

EL DORADO, Kan. – Hunter Rioux was named the conference special teams player of the week after his performance on Saturday.

Butler kicker Hunter Rioux accounted for 12 of the Grizzlies' 30 points, including the game-winning field goal in Saturday's overtime victory over Independence. Rioux was 3-for-5 on field goals with a long of 41 yards, and 3-for-3 on extra point attempts. The redshirt freshman knocked in a 20-yard field goal in overtime to walk it off for the number 13-ranked Butler Grizzlies, helping Butler improve to 3-0 this season.
