BUTLER SOCCER:  College I.D. Camp 2014 (June 6-8)...GIRLS ONLY

Butler Soccer is offering its second year of the College I.D. Camp for the serious, female, high school player that aspires to play collegiate soccer.  This camp is the only of its kind in the Wichita Metro and will be offered during the month of June.  Under the direction of Head Coach Adam Hunter the camp is designed to allow players to showcase their talents to a number of the most respected college soccer programs in the region.  This camp promises that players will have the opportunity to work directly with coaches from various college levels, including a number of NCAA DI and DII programs.  The goal of the camp is to allow for players and colleges to identify one another and begin the recruiting process.  College coaches that ran training sessions in 2013 included:  Butler Community College, University of Kansas, Missouri State University, Newman University, Washburn University, Emporia State University, Ft Hays State University, and Kansas Wesleyan University.

Summer 2014 (TBA)

Butler Soccer Camps offers three on-campus camps during the summer months.  We have traditionally offered two sessions of Youth Camps for Grades K-4, one at the very beginning of the summer vacation (late May/early June) and the second at the close of summer (early August).  This camp is designed to cover the basic technical skills of the game (dribbing, passing, shooting, heading, defending) for the younger player.

We also offer a Middle School Girls for Grades 5-8 that is geared for the competitive female player that has not reached the high school age.  This camp covers basic technical skills and tactical decisions made in the game.
