Butler freshman goalkeeper Jami Reichenberger has been named the NJCAA Goalkeeper of the Week for the combined two weeks the open the 2015 season.
Reichenberger also has received the KJCCC Goalkeeper of the Week honors for the last two weeks.
A Wichita, Kan., native, Reichenberger has yet to allow a goal on the season through four games. On Sunday, she ran her scoreless streak to 360 minutes while recording four shutouts and going 4-0-0.
In her collegiate debut on Aug. 21, Reichenberger made three saves in a 2-0 win over #2 Iowa Western. Just two days later, she stopped two shots on goal against #8 Laramie County (WY) as Butler won by a 2-0 score.
Against Northern Oklahoma-Tonkawa, Reichenberger was called upon for six saves in a 2-0 win on Thursday, then followed that up with a three-save shutout over Rose State (OK) on Sunday night.
On the season, Reichenberger has made 14 total saves in four contests.
